Secretariats was founded in 1971 to provide telephone answering and business administrative services to companies in the Hampton Roads communities of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Newport News, Hampton and Suffolk.
We are a family owned and operated business, still based in Norfolk, Virginia and we treat our clients with respect and professionalism. We know that every call we answer represents an opportunity for your business and we are committed to representing your interests and securing your trust with every call.
Our clients include attorneys who want to be available to immediately respond to personal injury or malpractice inquires; physicians who want to be contacted or paged in the event of an emergency, and businesses that simply want to be sure the phone is answered if no one is available in the office.
Our business started with agents taking messages by hand and using a switchboard. We have grown to a state-of-the-art system that records every call, time and date-stamps messages and lets us send your messages by email, fax, voice or SMS text.
We have multiple backup systems, never close due to inclement weather and supervisors are available on all shifts. Secretariats Inc. is a member of the Association of Teleservices International Inc., and National Amtelco Equipment Owners. Both organizations help us stay informed about the latest advancements in our industry.
